New to yoga or our studio?

Please review our schedule online or on our mindbody app under Perfect Balance Yoga & Fitness.

Wear comfortable, breathable attire that is non restrictive.

Many classes are suitable for beginners and new students are always welcome!

Make sure to bring water and hydrate before and after class.

What are you doing regarding COVID 19

Our class numbers are limited to allow for 6 feet in between mats.  We are sanitizing the studio between each class and keeping all areas extra clean.  We are not using blocks or props at this time.

What should I bring to class

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel if you like.

How long before class should I arrive

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class.  We are open 30 minutes prior to class and the door will be locked at class time.

What classes are best for beginners

Most classes welcome all levels including beginners.  We recommend starting with a Yin Class or Slow Flow.
