New to yoga or our studio?
Please review our schedule on the Mindbody app under Perfect Balance Yoga & Fitness.
Wear comfortable, breathable attire that is non restrictive.
Many classes are suitable for beginners and new students are always welcome!
Make sure to bring water and hydrate before and after class.
What are you doing regarding COVID 19 polices and procedure?
We are following all PHO.
Our goal is to be a safe, welcoming space for you to reconnect to your body.
We require everyone, including our teachers, to wear a mask when entering the studio, and in all common areas.
We say... if your feet leave your mat, your mask goes on.
Proof of vaccination will be required for all customers.
The Studio temperature will be lower than usual.
What should I bring to class?
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel if you like.
How long before class should I arrive?
Prebooking is required to make sure you can get a space. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class. We are open 30 minutes prior to class and the door will be locked at class time.
What classes are best for beginners
Most classes welcome all levels including beginners. We recommend starting with a Gentle Flow, Minful Yoga or one of our Beginner Yoga Series.
