We are choosing to respect and follow all PHO and guidelines. We want our space to feel safe for all yogis so all students who want to practice with us.

⦁Masks and Vaccine passport are no longer required. Everyone including customers, instructors, and Energy Exchange staff can wear a mask if they choose but it is no longer required. We support anyone that prefers to leave their mask on.

⦁Customers are required to register prior to class to make sure we can accommodate.

⦁Extra sanitizing of the studio including floors and high touch areas will be done between classes with approved COVID- 19 sanitizing cleaning solution.

⦁In room ventilator will be turned on frequently.

⦁Classes are conducted at a comfortable warm temperature.

⦁Staff, instructors, and customers are required to stay home if they have any COVID symptoms or are required to self isolate.

⦁Hand sanitizer station provided and encouraged upon entry.

⦁Customers are required to bring their own mat and towel.

⦁Customers are able to use showers at this time.
