Join us for a gentle practice that starts with a guided meditation to bring your awareness to your breath. Then start to warm up the body with gentle grounding Qi Gong as a form of movement meditation to bring awareness to how your body moves through space. Finally flow through gentle asanas to work on bridging the connection between your breath and your body with sprinkles of mindfulness cues to help cultivate joy.

The first half of class you will flow through movements with breath. Then in the second half we transition into Yin yoga. Yin yoga is yoga for stretch, for bone health, for improving flexibility that consists of longer, more passive holds.

This practice will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.
