Our Perfect Balance class is a Hatha class that incorporates elements all we embody at PBY! This class is what is taught in our 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and is taught by a mixture of graduated teachers and those in practicum.

 

This class has many options and is offers a little bit of everything that is Perfect Balance Yoga!

 

Great for beginners, and students who have been practicing for a while.

 💛- Warm with Infrared

Mobility to Yin

Heat:💛

what to expect:

This class offers the best of both worlds.
The first half of class you will move through mobility exercises to improve the fluidity and functioning of the joints with breath. Then in the second half we transition into Yin yoga. Yin yoga is yoga for stretch, for bone health, for improving flexibility that consists of longer, more passive holds.

This practice will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced.


Great for beginners, and students who have been practicing for a while.

Yogalates

Heat:💙

what to expect:

This class combine yoga and Pilates to improve posture, flexibility, and relaxation, while also enhancing core strength and body awareness.

 

The class includes elements like breathwork, core stabilization, and a variety of yoga and Pilates exercises to promote a holistic approach to movement.  


Great for those looking for strengthening!

Mindful Hatha

what to expect:

Perfect for those who are new to Yoga, or have some experience and want to learn more about how to sustain a safe Mindfulness based practice.
Each class starts with a short Mindfulness Meditation then traditional stability and strength through Hatha Yoga with breath.

Yin

Heat:💛 

what to expect:

Yin Yoga postures target the fascia, the deep connective tissues in the body to help regulate the flow of blood and energy in the body. Yin Yoga postures are passive postures, mainly on the floor, and are held anywhere from1-4minutes.

Meditative and great for flexibility.

Radiant Rhythms

what to expect:

Move with intention, flow with joy. This beginner-friendly dance fitness class blends embodiment, breath, and gentle strength training with uplifting rhythms from around the world. We’ll begin with grounding movement and gradually build heat, helping you reconnect with your body and feel empowered in your skin. Expect a feel-good workout rooted in love, self-expression, and positive energy.

Practice for Peace

Heat:💙 

what to expect:

Mind-body practice that uses movement, breath, and meditation to improve health. It's based on the idea that energy, or qi, flows through the body and can be optimized to promote balance and well-being. Flowing active Qi Gong or Tai chi practice into a Yin practice for flexibility, joint health, and connective tissue release!

This class offers beginner friendly flowing Hatha yoga with a little more spice in the sequences. Sequences will change each class with the focus being on slowly flowing with breath and mindfulness practices to bring you home to breath and to this present moment.

This class offers beginner friendly softer  flowing Hatha yoga. Sequences will change each class with the focus being on slowly flowing with breath and mindfulness practices to bring you home to breath and to this present moment.

Toasty 26

Heat:❤️ 

what to expect:

This toasty warm practice includes beginner friendly ancient yoga postures designed to target your spine and promote all over healing inside out.

 

We will include some gentle yoga postures as well so you will be sure to leave feeling like you’ve worked hard and received the benefits internally and externally, as well as the relaxation we all crave.

Your spine will thank you!

Yang to Yin

Heat:💛

what to expect:

This class is the best fo both worlds!

Active, Yang style hatha yoga practice followed by traditional Mindfulness based Yin.

The Yang practice is a Hatha and Mindfulness perspective, with a focus on alignment based asana for strength, breath work and meditation help support you in a safe and sustainable practice.

The Yin, is yoga for bone health, fascia, and deep release and stretch.

 

Get your body moving and then slow it down into deep stretch.

Somatic Vinyasa

what to expect:

Flow with your breath through some invigorating yoga asana waking up and releasing the stagnant energy in your body. This class will leave you feeling charged and recharged ready for your day!
