Warm soothing Yin Yoga by candlelight. Yin postures target the fascia, the deep connective tissues in the body to help regulate the flow of blood and energy in the body. Yin Yoga postures are passive postures, mainly on the floor, and are held anywhere from1-4 minutes.

The first half of class you will flow through movements with breath. Then in the second half we transition into Yin yoga. Yin yoga is yoga for stretch, for bone health, for improving flexibility that consists of longer, more passive holds.
